Mike
is the computer whiz extraordinaire of this group. He is the one who makes sure everything
is running and working well. He hails from Aeoteroa (Land of the Long White Cloud,
or New Zealand).
After completing an undergraduate degree in Hawaii (talk about fun in the sun:-)),
He was persuaded to apply for graduate school at USU in the Instructional Technology
Department. The focus of his thesis was in interactive learning, specifically multimedia
and the web. He completed his Masters in 1996.
He is now involved daily working with Computer Based Training, Web development and
graphic design, the primary focus being interactivity and creating user friendly
interfaces both web based and multimedia.
He has developed a strong working relationship with Atelier Barker. Our solid background
in graphic design in print has transferred across to the internet and multimedia
superbly allowing us to create products that are both aesthetically pleasing and
very usable.
(note: When not sitting in front of a monitor, Mike skiis, plays raquetball, rides
motorcycles and enjoys river rafting.) |
