| Born on a dairy farm in Swan Lake, Idaho, Busca is
the only survivor of a litter of ten. The offspring of pedigreed parents, his mother
is a BlackLabrador Retriever and his father a red Chesapeak Bay Retriever. Because
his folks got together in secret without the approval of their owners, the litter
was considered a batch of "mutts" and of no value to sell. Our good luck
as it turns out. Busca is one of the most intelligent dogs we have met - a real public
relations natural, good manners and, no kidding, a true gourmet. There you have the
origins of "the Hungry Dog". |
